Her credentials and years of working as a Registered Dietitian allow her to deliver evidence-based advice and healthy eating recommendations that are both practical and appealing.

Michelle has extensive experience living and working abroad. She recently returned to Canada after spending nine years in the United Arab Emirates where she was a Nutrition Consultant for numerous private kitchens and collaborated with personal chefs from around the world. During this time she also had the privilege of establishing the nutrition services program at a private sports training facility and enjoyed working closely with clients to help them meet their health and wellness goals.

Michelle has written nutrition articles for editorial publications in Canada and internationally, including Chatelaine, CBC, My Yoga Online, Gulf News and Aquarius Magazine. During her time abroad she was a long-term freelance contributor and weekly columnist for The National newspaper, an English language daily newspaper in the UAE.

​She has contributed recipes to five books written by Leslie Beck RD, one of Canada’s most widely recognized and trusted nutrition experts. Michelle’s recipes appear in Leslie Beck’s Healthy Kitchen, Leslie Beck’s Longevity Diet, Heart Healthy Foods for Life, Foods that Fight Disease and The No-Fail Diet.

​Michelle graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food and Nutrition before completing the comprehensive dietetic internship program at University Health Network (UHN) in Toronto. She is a member of the College of Dietitians of Ontario, and Dietitians of Canada.

​She currently lives in the beautiful Blue Mountains area of Ontario with her husband.
