Alta has been a part of our OSI team for the past 2 years.  She graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology from Acadia University in 2021. She has a passion for health and wellness, with specific interest in active aging. She is an excellent fitness/wellness coach with knowledge of adaptable movements/exercises for all people. Her expertise and skills will help improve your overall health, sports performance, minimize your injury risks, and help you recover from injury/surgery.
