Katrina Shuttle, Physiotherapist

Former rhythmic gymnast turned outdoor enthusiast, Katrina has spent countless hours in and out of the gym improving her fitness and knowledge base. Katrina has been a gymnastics coach for over 6 years and has always had an interest in refining the small details of every routine.

She holds a Bachelor of Human Kinetics degree specializing in Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of British Columbia. Following this, Katrina completed her Master of Physical Therapy at Western University and now works at the Orthopaedic Sport Institute in Collingwood as a Physiotherapy Resident. 

In her free time, Katrina enjoys skiing, running, biking, visiting local coffee shops and eating Ravenna Country Market sandwiches.
