Meet Megan REMNANT

Megan holds a Bachelor of Health Science degree from the University of Western Ontario, where her academics sparked a strong interest in the aging process. Her studies emphasized the role of factors such as physical exercise, nutritional habits, and overall lifestyle in mitigating the effects of aging, which has shaped her approach to health and wellness.


Megan actively volunteers with the Rural Ontario Medical Program Research Group, the Alzheimer's Society, Ontario Track3 Adaptive Sports Association, and participates in fundraising efforts for the CGMH Foundation.


A dedicated advocate for active living, Megan is an avid skier, mountain biker, and runner. She integrates her passion for physical activity with her professional insights to promote holistic health and well-being.
